How does a partnership with Domlii work?

You simply cook, and we take care of the rest! Provide us with your optimized menu for delivery and any food images you may have, and we will create your online profile. Take orders via a device and have your food prepared in under 20 minutes! Our dependable and courteous rider will collect the order from your establishment and deliver it to the customer. It's that straightforward!

Can I mark up the prices of my food items on Domlii?

At Domlii, we have a zero-margin policy and a best-price guarantee. Additionally, we take a customer-centric approach to pricing transparency. As a result, all dine-in and delivery prices must be consistent.

Are we able to adjust the preparation time?

We cannot allow the restaurant to adjust the preparation time since hungry customers expect their orders quickly and efficiently. However, Domlii includes a dynamic preparation time feature that automatically adjusts your preparation time based on the food value and the number of pending delivery orders at the time.

Are we able to go offline if we are busy and not able to accept any orders?

Yes, you will be able to change the status of your restaurant to "Available," "Busy," or "Unavailable" at any time via the restaurant app on the provided device. Please keep in mind that once you change your status to "Busy," you have 20 minutes to change it back to "Available."

For food items that are sold out, how do I prevent them customers from ordering it?

You can select "unavailable today" or "unavailable indefinitely" for the "out of stock" item. Customers will not see those items that are currently unavailable until you restore them to "available." Items marked as "unavailable today" will be automatically changed to "available" the following business day.

After the food is picked up from my outlet, how long until it is delivered to the customer?

The delivery will take about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the weather and traffic conditions.

What if the customer cancels the order while the food is being prepared?

If a customer cancels an order after you have accepted it, Domlii will treat the order as a “successful” transaction and pay you accordingly but consider the food as wastage.

Will I be able to see the customer’s details and/or rider’s details?

Yes. The customer’s or rider’s name will be reflected in the order on your device provided.

Will we be compensated due to spillage/damage caused by the rider during delivery?

We advise you to have your food packaged properly. However, if such situations happened, Domlii would take care of the customer service recovery (such as refund and compensate customers with an apology voucher).
